Common issues
Because Junior Tennis Pro is not on the App Store yet, there is nothing to download today. Once it launches, most questions tend to be about getting started, logging an entry, or reviewing the dashboard. If something isn't working as expected, email us and we'll help you sort it out.
Exporting data
Junior Tennis Pro is designed so a player can export their entries as a file from their device. This means you can keep a copy, print it, or share it with a coach. Full step-by-step instructions will be published here when the app is available.
Deleting data
Because entries are stored on the device and not in the cloud, deleting the app removes its data from that device. There is no account to close and no server-side copy for us to delete on your behalf. If you'd like to clear individual entries, you can do that inside the app.
Privacy questions
The app does not collect your child's data. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no in-app analytics. If you have a question about how the app handles information, read our privacy policy or email us. Note that this website is separate from the app and uses basic anonymous analytics and an optional email sign-up, which the privacy policy also explains.
App availability
Junior Tennis Pro is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad. We don't have a public release date yet. To be notified when it launches, join the notify list on our homepage. There is no Android version to announce at this stage.
