Privacy Policy
Junior Tennis Pro is built to be private by design. The app stores a player's entries on their own device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics inside the app. This policy explains what that means, and separately covers the two things this website does: an optional email sign-up and basic anonymous analytics.

Overview
This policy applies to the Junior Tennis Pro iOS app and to this website at www.juniortennispro.com. We keep the app's data footprint as small as possible: entries live on the device, not on our servers. The website collects only what is described below. Where we say the app collects "no data," we mean the app specifically. Please read the website sections for how the site works.
Information we collect
In the app: nothing is collected by us. Entries a player creates, such as matches, practice notes, goals, and reflections, are stored on the device and are not sent to us or to any third party.
On this website: if you choose to join our notify list, we collect the email address you enter. We also use basic website analytics, described in the two sections below.
Information we do not collect
The Junior Tennis Pro app does not:
- require an account or a log-in;
- sync entries to a cloud service;
- include in-app analytics or advertising trackers;
- sell or share your child's data.
We do not ask for a child's name, contact details, or location in order to use the app.
Local device storage
The app is designed to store entries locally on the device, similar to a paper notebook. Because the data stays on the device, it also relies on the device's own protections, such as the passcode or biometric lock, and on the device owner's own backups. We can't access entries stored on a user's device.
Data export
The app is designed to let a player export their entries as a file so they can keep, print, or share a copy, for example with a coach. Exporting creates a copy that the user then controls.
Data deletion
Because entries are stored on the device, deleting the app removes its data from that device. Individual entries can also be removed inside the app. There is no server-side copy of app entries for us to delete.
Website newsletter sign-up
This website offers an optional sign-up so you can be notified when the app launches. If you use it, we collect only your email address. It is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and is used only to send occasional launch and product updates about Junior Tennis Pro. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected] and asking us to remove you.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how pages are used, for example which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This measures anonymous website usage and helps us improve the site. It is a website measurement tool and is separate from the app, which contains no analytics. If we change how the site is measured, we will update this policy.
Children's privacy
Junior Tennis Pro is intended for junior players, often with a parent or coach involved. The app is designed to avoid collecting personal information from children: it has no accounts and keeps entries on the device. The website's email sign-up is intended for a parent, coach, or adult who wants launch updates, and should not be completed by a child without a parent's involvement.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app and website evolve, for example if we add a feature or change a service provider. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or app after a change means the updated policy applies.
